The site is a pre-launch waitlist. It is not an online store. Listing a piece, a date, or a story does not make it available to buy. When the store opens, separate terms of sale will apply.

Joining the waitlist does not reserve a jewel or create a contract to buy. We may change launch timing, and we may stop the waitlist. How we use the details you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The words, photographs, and marks on this site belong to Odyssey Jewels Limited or to people who have allowed us to use them. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

We take care with this site, but we provide it as it stands. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss that arises from your use of the site or from a waitlist signup, except where the law of Hong Kong (SAR) does not allow us to limit that liability.
