When you join the Odyssey Jewels waitlist or contact us, you give us a little information so we can respond to you and, if you agree, send the occasional note by email or text. This page is the short version of how we handle that.

What we collect
Your name, email address, the message you send us, and, if you choose, a phone number and country code. We also keep a record of your separate email and text marketing choices.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, add you to the waitlist when requested, confirm your signup, and, for the channels you choose, send marketing updates about Odyssey Jewels - launch news, new pieces, and related updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to store your details and to send emails and texts on our behalf. They may only use that information to provide those services to us.
Texts
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to leave the list, or HELP for help. You can also email us and we will take you off. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your choices
Use our contact page (or email hello@odysseyjewels.com) to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will keep your details while you are on the list, and for a short time afterwards if we need them to honour an opt-out.
